In minnesota there are very few regulations a doggy daycare must follow, which is why the Twin Cities Dog Daycare Association was created. All the daycares listed on this website have taken a pledge to create the safest environment possible for your dog and provide the best possible service. The TCDDCA does not endorse any doggy daycare, but asks each member to self regulate themselves.

Dog Days is located in St Paul with 2 locations and a 3rd set to open soon.  Their facilities are cleaned daily with a virucidal/disinfectant solution. Toys and bowls are cleaned with antibacterial cleaner daily. Beds and blankets are always kept clean as well.  Dog Days has multiple indoor play areas, and assign dogs to play groups based on size, temperament and play style. If your pal is active and playful, he’ll have lots of space to run. If you have a small dog, no worries about him getting stepped on by the big boys; little guys have a separate play space all their own. And if your dog isn’t super playful, that’s okay, too. Dog Day Getaway is conveniently located in Apple Valley just south of the Mall of America & MSP Airport; just off Cedar Avenue.  The owners of DDG took their passion for dogs and made DDG an environment that was safe and loving for all visitors coming through the doors.  At DDG your dog is welcome to drop in for a few hours of play, stay all day or enjoy an overnight visit in their own individual bedroom suites.  The facility offers 7000 sq. ft. of indoor & outdoor fun.  All playgroups are monitored by trained & loving staff; in addition there are 7  live webcams for dog parents to check in on their dogs at any point during the day.  All dogs will spend the day interacting with other dog friends as well as the staff. When staff is not busy interacting with your dog they are actively cleaning and sanitizing the facility.  DDG offers a corporate discount to the employees of Delta Airlines & their affiliates.  Dog Day Getaway has been operating in the Twin Cities since 2004 and is a proud founding member of the Twin Cities Dog Daycare Association.

Downtown Dogs, located two blocks south of International Market Square in Downtown Minneapolis is owned by dog trainer and behavior professional Anne Hendrickson. Downtown Dogs Open Air design allows anyone to walk in at any time and see (and smell, and hear) all playrooms in action. It was started with the hope and dream of improving dogs quality of life through socialization and exercise. Our 15,000 square foot indoor/outdoor facility is 100% climate controlled and our large playrooms are supervised 100% of the time by trained, adult, professionals who love dogs more than anything. Pampered Pooch Playground is proud to be 100% family owned and operated and located in St Louis Park.  Pampered Pooch Playground is 9,000 sqft of indoor play area, and 3000 sqft outside play area.  Our entire building is heated and air conditioned and we have a very “green” business model from the biodegradable poop bags to the recyceled rubber flooring.  Each of our 4 play areas is fully staffed at all times by our professionally trained staff and our entire building is monitored by ADT security 24 hours a day.  We invite you to come take a tour (but for your dogs safety and security reasons we won’t go in the play areas), and we have 11 webcams that stream all of our play areas.
